The good news is that the "Treaty of Pressburg" Event fires, and implements all of the territorial adjustments, I can implement the dissolution of the HRE, and create the Confederation of the Rhine.
but,
Prussia and Saxony DoW'd Wurttemburg prior to Pressburg, Prussia and Saxony DoW'd Bavaria after Pressburg, and Austria DoW'd Wurttemburg after Pressburg.

Playing as Spain, naval modifiers are not appearing in the game. They are various modifiers that improve the navy in the same manner as F3 army modifiers improve the performance of your army.

Thanks Montbrun, I am seein similar things : a bit less wanderers but still too much : Units just shouldn't leave their country unless at war. Russians in Russia, Spaniards in spain, etc.

Do you see that even in a new GC, because some AI scripts will only activate in this case.

He means, AI will change behaviour slightly if you continue game that was started with previous patch.
It should change behaviour more if new game is started.

This is a new game started with the January 19th patch - so behaviors should be as per the latest patch.

Britain has sent "wanderers" into Hanover and France. I don't have a problem with Britain sending "Expeditionary" Forces into French-controlled areas, which happened historically, and keeps the French player on his toes, but, these expeditionary forces should be AT LEAST 10,000 to 15,000 men:

Maybe I´m wrong, but I think that the Annexation of Holland events are evaluating ownership of Amsterdam the wrong way
The "OFF" event checks if you don´t own Amsterdam to trigger, and the actual annexation event checks if you do, shouldn´t it be the other way around?
Sorry if I´m off the mark on this one, not a professional scripter(?) or programmer here, not even as a hobby
