We really need an Annex document or an updated manual where every single decree/reform/law is described. It sucks to have to guess the benefits when each of them is worth 50 EP. Please, write this document.

How about a description on the tooltips for the decrees shown in the ledger? One of us could input to the relevant strings table.

I'm in about turn 3 as Austria and a laws and decrees screen says:
opt_title_UnrivalledLogisticsFM
Looks like it needs the text correcting.
