As the patch is supposed to go official soon, I will post here "Qwik Fixes" for minor issues with the "moddable" parts of the game....

Build Fort removed from Special Orders - April 12, 2016
I mis-coded this change.
The design concept from the early days was that RGD would be used to build Redoubts. The build fort costs were way out of line, and the concept of actually building a full-up fort was not supposed to be in the game.
This QwikFix will remove Build Fort from Special Orders.
Extract directly into \NGC\Settings folder
1 file will be overrwritten
