Animal kingdom- just weird

So, in the NW tip of Ireland there is a province where a bear, a whale and a ton of birds are occupying the same space. It looks super weird. I assume it is a glitch, rather than a new zoo that the Brits opened to keep them Irish too busy to rebel.
