Window Mode?

Hey guys I notice that the settings application that is usually included in Ageod games is nowhere to be found. Is there some way to run this in a window?
You can always do changes manually in settings files.
Wars of Napoleon\NGC\Settings\
That file is called Display.opt
ScreenWidth = Default
ScreenHeight = Default
ScreenDepth = Default
ScreenFrequency = Default
Cursor = Software
FullScreen = 0
Windowed = 0
Borderless = 1 (I used it, but it's only the matter of "1" or "0")
