Quelqu'un pourrait-il me dire qu'apporte concrètement la création du "grand empire" pour la France

Pour 500 PE cela doit être notable non?

Mostly a reduction in the bad loyalty effects (in other words it increases loyalty in the core French areas, which helps production and income). And it's a bonus towards final victory.
