With the February 4th Patch, whenever I right-click to choose something, my screen goes black for a split second - very annoying.

Any suggestions?

Is it reproduced by anybody else? I have no issue on my side. What happens if you revert to official patch?

I created a new installation with 1.00 Vanilla, and have the same problem, so it's on my end. I would still appreciate thoughts on the issue. All of my drivers are up-to-date. Here's my DxDiag file:
