French Army Creation (Feb 4th patch)

Sorry, we missed this one. There was a bug in seniority evaluation (actually it was an obscure feature where any corps commander would be considered more senior than any non corps commander). The next patch will fixes that.

Top work, sir. I know how busy you are with managing all the posts in all the forums, but I, and I'm sure others do, appreciate the regular patching and support this game is getting.
