Does anyone have any advice for how to get an alliance with France when playing as Prussia? I've been trying to gradually get France to warm to me while simultaneously sandbagging my relations with Britain, Austria, and Russia, but does anyone know of anything else I can do?

Welcome to the game. Its very difficult to do that because in essence, France is everybody's favourite enemy. Basically all major powers are hardwired to attack France

One way to do something along this line would be to make them a bit friendly in the aftermath of the Tilsit treaty.
