Annexing holland, and disappearing turks

i'm having trouble getting the annex holland event to fire. I've event tried ForceEvent: nothing.
Also, earlier in the game the entire Turkish army went missing. It completely disappeared - ships, leaders and everything - when Mustafa IV came into power. I played through this since I wasn't that interested in the turkish front anyway but is certainly worth mentioning.

Have you moved a division in Holland? Without 'boots on the ground', such annexations cannot happen.

Look here for the solution to disappearing Ottomans and follow the link. It will take you to a fix and tell you how to apply.

okay, thanks, I've downloaded the monarch events. Still not sure about Holland. I know I've had a division there because I didn't have one when I first tried it so I marched one there and still no go.

I've done this before but it's been a while. How do I do I put the rar file into the events? thanks, and sorry to be such a numbskull, lol

well, the Holland solution ended up being very, veeeeery simple. I had a division stationed in Breda . . . which is actually in Zeeland not Holland. Moved to Amsterdam and the event kicked off, no problem. I feel like a bit of a dolt. Thanks for the help and patience everyone.
