Am GB in MP pbem. Spain has conquered Portugal.
Surprise, surprise I discovered commanded Portuguese forces in West Indies. I can understand that they may have retreated to ship/s and sailed away, but, why not to Brazil? If a British (previous ally ) held place AI chose then why wouldn't GB be allowed to command?
