Prussia was easily crushed and conquered by France in 1806.
At Auerstadt, Davout destroyed the main Prussian army, which outnumbered him 2 to 1. Napoleon defeated a smaller Prussian army at Jean. The French then launched a three week pursuit that resulted in the capture or death of two thirds of Prussia soldiers, and the conquest of four fifths of Prussia. It was Napoleons most crushing victory over another nation.
Prussian troops were brave and well trained, but their tactics were hopelessly obsolete, and their leadership was abysmal, especially at the higher levels.
In contrast, the Grande Armee was at the top of its game, had numerical superiority, far more veteran troops, most of whom were veterans of the Austerlitz campaign, superior tactics, and superb leadership at every level.
The game accurately reflects this.
