Inactive buttons

Among the four buttons in upper left corner, only the book is active. The 3 other buttons, the one whth the wheels, the one with crown ans the fourth, are inactive. When I click on them, nothing happens. I cannot have a look at my armies. What can I do ?

There is a thread about this - ours was solved after updating patch or reinstalling. Can't remember which I did.

I just bought the game today !! And I have to install a patch ? So strange that the game sold is not up to date.

Hopefully you do update, always the first thing to do with any game.

Each of those boxes can be unlocked with function keys. For instance, F11 is recruiting and F12 is option cards. Check manual for complete list of hot keys.
