Money from Surrender

I am playing the Grand Campain as the French. Russia offered to surrender for 1222 pounds over 1 year. I looked for the money but could not see where/when it was paid.
How does this work. Is it one payment 1 year from now. is it 12 payments of 122?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Pocus answer me the same question:
"Indemnities should be paid at the anniversary date of the treaty. If you have a working example with backup, just before the anniversary date I can take a look why that's not working. "
