Ney in Boulogne

In the Sealion campaign, has anybody been able to ferry Ney across. Assuming I can get a fleet into the area adjacent to Boulogne, I assume I can embark simply with a drag/drop.

Indeed, but this is hard as the British are much stronger and Nelson will arrive soon also.

Nelson comes the very next turn. And the party is over. You have landed. Now fight with that forces scenario gave you in England

Ah, well. Nappy doesn't need Ney in England and Ney probably should defend France.

I got him boarded but getting him across is another thing. BTW, I'm using this situation as a mini-scenario to understand naval transport for my review.
