This is more than chrome. I'd like to see a message box to allow direct in game communication to a player in a pbem game. Only needs to allow a brief entry and could be restricted to accompany a diplomatic decision such as a treaty change. Email or PMs are available I know but this would be neat and immediate as it would be received as soon as the player concerned opened that turn.
