Alright I figured how to create an army. Formed one with Kutuzov, was easy enough. Now. How do I attach other army stacks to Kutozov's army command?

You can make corps stacks related to kutuzov army stack.
To make a corp stack you need a ** or *** leader in command of a stack and near kutuzov.
Then use the appropiate special order button to declare him a corp commander.
The newly created corp will be attached to the nearer army.
I guess all this might be explained on the manual much better

...but nations other than France must enact Military Reforms first, as described in the opening turn notes of the Campaigns...

It is 1805 in game time, got no corps yet, only divisions, several division comprise an army stack. Have several army stacks in the same province along with newly formed Kutuzov's army. How do I make those other stacks relate to Kutuzov's command?

I forgot that little detail
Your nation may not be able to form corps at game start i f you don't have the corps national modifier.
Not sure if Rusia have it at start.

I don't think you can make army stack relate to each other.
That's the main corps advantage, that they can coordinarte and march to the sound of guns to help each other.

Yup. In order to research a corps, I need 500 APs (only get some 10 AP or less a week for now). I still can form 2 armies though. So without the corps bonus, only bonus to a formed army is a higher CP count really (get 19 CP with Kutuzov)

You can move troops in multiple columns for manageability as historically armies did under the ancien regimes, but they don't have the organizational structure of function of corps, except incidentally. Or you can send out independent divisions or brigades. Eventually everyone reforms, though it usually took a painful defeat for motivation.
