Pressburg Treaty Transfer Ulm to Austria

I'm playing the August 1805 Campaign as France. I had Augereau's 7 Corps on Ulm with 100% MC. On January 1, 1806 I decided to Grant Peace to Austria for the Pressburg Treaty. The Tirolian and Italian provinces were awarded property, but Ulm was converted from French to Austrian control. Can anyone explain why this happened? This will prevent use of the Dissolve Holy Roman Empire event.

Does Austria start owning Ulm in the August version of the game? I play the January start game with Ulm belonging to Wurttemburg and thus it reverts to the latter in any peace treaty. I think that the Pressburg Treaty is mostly tied to the January start date
