150 Morale for CP needs to not be instant win.

The Entente both need 200. Why does the CP only need 150? They should both be 200.
I still think this is a massive issue.
Unless win-lose levels are adjusted or an event is made which prevents any morale shifts for the first four turns then the cp 150 target is very easy to hit in historical campaign with the ai.
