Portraits that exist, but are not properly "set"

I was looking around at the portrait files, and I found these leaders who were using the old PoN-style oval portraits rather than the EAW ones in-game:

Sergei Scheidemann (RUS)
Putnik (SER) [PoN-style portrait in the stack panel]
Tirpitz (GER)

I also see Charles Townshend's (GBR) portrait in the game files, but there's no .mdl file for him meaning that his portrait isn't used at all!

There may be others I've missed, but I hope that the above will be fixed in the future.

It's no error, those portraits are leftover "temp" versions while we await for the artist to produce more, but there may be still a few typos to check (the new portraits are supposed to use exactly the same names as the old ones and thus to overwrite the old ones when inserted in the game...which won't happen if the artist made a typo in the name)...so thanks for spotting, will need double checks.
