this bug is cosmetic, but anyway.
Arrows at tutorial are all shifted, for example at diplomacy tutorial arrow should point at the far right corner(diplomacy screen) at the minimap, instead it's shifted to the left(near north-central Russia (geographically)).
Another example is movement tutorial, it says that you should click on "Move by train" button, but arrow's shifted to the left and points to the nowhere
