Kronstadt doesn't show the stationed navy

Pretty much the topic, but when I sent the Baltic Fleet as Russia to rest in Kornstadt after several turns of shore bombardement, I had to find the navy through the F1 menu.

Kronstadt doesn't show the garrison inside there either.

The fortress and harbor is not belonging to Eastern Entente but to 'Russia' herself... This is something we are checking right now.
