Sudden loss of picture(s)

Returning to the game after several days' absence I found that the graphic updates included with 10301 had somehow "dropped-out". The only possible reasons I've been able to identify are the most recent update of Windows 10 and the inclusion of the Afghanistan add in the opening screen (clutching at straws there). Any ideas?
