When you mouse of war productions and research the cost isn't correct. Often it completely ignores the state fund cost.

I work around it by jsut waiting until I have more funds, but it can be confusing.

It shows the correct EP cost but ignore the SF cost.

I have experienced 0 crashes and find the game well balanced in all other respects.

Also what's the limit on HQs you can create? I send *** generals to my GHQ but he no longer allows them to become Hq leaders.

there is a slight bug in the cost tooltip, we spotted it.
for 3*, the limit will be eased on the next patch.
