I was wondering if there's an easy way of editing NM in a saved game? The idiotic AI keeps attacking and suffering massive NM losses, which in turn makes it even harder for it to win the next battle. Also my NM is currently at 144, so sudden death is very near.

The .hst files may be edited with a text editor like notepad.

Experimenting a bit, opened the 1916 scenario .hst file and searched for the VPs number, they are 5255 for the CEN faction, this line appears:



80 is the NM, if you change it to 180 and restart the scenario, the NM is changed to 180.

Also, it can be a simple recurring event, maintaining the NM to a certain level...

It is possible to continue a scenario or campaign after the time limit or National Morale hits the threshold correct?

I was messing around with the Italy scenario (Isonzo?) and the Italians got all ground up in one big battle.
Then there was a victory screen shortly after but I was allowed to continue. Will the A.I. still play or does it stop when the scenario ends?

Most scenarios will allow you to continue. If you continue beyond the planned end of the scenario you will find events no longer happen.
