I'm attempting to create a depot in Morhange. The rulebook tells me that I can do this by converting Supply Wagons but the tooltip I get when trying to do so tells me that I can't due to either some structure in the region, insufficient control, or insufficient units of the right type. The only structures present are a Level 1 Town and a railroad; I have 100% control; and I have three wagons when the book tells me I need only two.

Enlightenment please.

Iirc you need two full supply wagons (So total of 8 supply elements). Are either of the supply wagons less than 4 elements?

Thanks Alta, I'd tried combining all three but still came up short. Can't blame the rulebook for that - should have been able to figure it out for myself.

it is overlook in manual, it is writen there 2 units, which in previous games did have 4 elements each, but in this game it have only 2 elemetns, so actual number is double.

Oooh! So you're saying that I'll actually need four full strength wagons to get the 8 elements I need, czerto?
If that's the case I resurrect everything nasty I've ever written about the manual in bold and underlined.

Yes, 4 wagons to build a depot.
Yes, maual for EAW is outdated at some places.
