Missing Trainers

Are there any Central Power officers with the Trainer trait?
There are enough militia in the game to make this well worth knowing.

There are no trainers, the militia represents the local garrisons called up to defend interior lines.

and if you manualy add leaders with trainer trait, it will have no effect, since gamee models lack deffined upgrade to regular units.
if you want this..well gl in moding all necesary files.
