What do Austria-Hungary units do in East Prussia in early 1915 ?

Take a look at the screenshot...Austria-Hungary units in East Prussia in early 1915 ?!

Is this a bug ?
Is the AI known to mess around with its units like this ?
Additional question:
I funded Infantry Research and it is now at 90%.
Will it reach 100% on its own and how long will this take ?

The Austrian front is not far from there and thus it is possible that the IA managing both germans and austrians had a helping hand and send a few units...No problem for me.

No there were cooperation on this front but also elsewhere like Italy.

This has to be a bug, now i have Ottoman forces close to Lodz and Austrian-Hungary forces in Königsberg !

Research goes up in 10% increments at a random pace with no input needed from the player. Additional jumps are given when you fund research, each option tells you by how much.

So is this a bug, just a FOW thing or what ?
It really kills immersion but i think its just a FOW bug that needs to be fixed.

The research system does not hide each faction's tech progress. This is WAD, and at this point would require a massive rewrite to hide it via the interface for FOW. I can understand the immersion concern, but not likely to change due to complexity of it.
