Hi !

I play the grand campaign as Russians and seem to be unable to create new armys even if i fulfill all requirements.

Is there a limit on the number of armys you can create ?
Is there a special "trick" to create new armys ?

At the start you have many stacks called "...army" but they are not part of the chain of command.
I have now added most of them to the chain of command and now have 7 armys showing the diamond symbol next to their name.

Can i create more armys and how ?

So as russia i seem unable to add more then 7 armies to my GHQ.
I have a activated 2 star general and cant create a new army with him, only a corps.

Hi Wiggum, I don't think you can create an army with a 2 star general. I am pretty sure he needs to be 3 star.
