Hi folks, i´ve just researched with C. Powers the Chemical War but i don´t know if i must bombard with some special, i don´t see nothing special.
Please guide me and another players newbie as me.

Its played as an event card. Check the requirements on the tool tip. You will need heavy artillery adjacent.

It's an RGD card played on a combat location.
