Hi guys,
how many CP does a 1,2,3 Star General provide ? In CW2 it has max 16. its the same game mechanic but I remember it was far more then 16 in TEAW

Also, how many points do a general need to make him leader as GHQ ? It seems like not every 3 Star General can make it.

Command points are as follows:
1 star 24
2 star 36
3 star 48

To my knowledge, the only GHQ you can appoint is Germany's second GHQ and I think any 3 star will do. Other than that, you would have to dismiss a general to appoint another general as a GHQ.

That was helpful and yes from what I ve seen it looks like that + I can make some more points by put into my stack some special unit who increase the CP by 1/2.

Btw, where can I see how many Stars Generals have ? It looks like everyone has 3 Star but that cant be possible. Also if I split the Units then it shows me the general has 2 stars but provides only 24... Hmm :/

If a general is attached to a unit, you can click on the unit and you'll see the number of stars of the general in the element inspector to the far right of the unit panel, the general will be the first element, and its NATO square will either have 1, 2, or 3 stars in it.
3 stars only give 48 command points if they are either a GHQ, or attached to a GHQ (using the Create Army button, has to be fairly close to a GHQ too, 8 regions, IIRC). If not attached to a GHQ, the command points are halved, that's why you're seeing 24 CP only.

Thats correct but you can gain extra bonus CP if you build some units like Telegraph it gives 2 points. The thing is I put 2 units of Telegraph in my Army Stack and now I have only 51 instead of 52. Confused me.
I checked my Stack I dont have any mali in my General Stats.
Hmm, if anyone could help me here out I would appreciate that
