hello everybody, I have a question, how can I ship troops from Canada (and later from the USA) to France ?

Drag and drop. Naval Transport points are used for troop transport across seas.

You have to put them into transport ships by drag and droping land stack to naval stack (naval stack has to be in the same region and has to contain transport ships)
