How do you reassign an existing Corps to a new Army?

Doesn't work that way in EAW. Corps are independent and not attached to Armies. Depending on leader quality, the Corp will MTSG to any adjacent combat, regardless of whether that battle is involving an Army or another Corp. If you put the corp within the Army Stack, and it's showing within the Army, it's considered assigned. If you have another stack with a 2 star leader (corp leader) in the same region with the Army, the stack with the 2 star is considered independent.
