Does anyone know if Hew Strachan is going to finish his most excellent 3 volume series on World War I?


He is still alive, but Volume 1: To Arms, came out 14 years ago and volume 2 is not yet published .

There has been rumors, but don't hold your breath. Besides it's probably been surpassed by the flood that has been released recently, or about to be released.
