Can backstabbed TEAW Serbs withdraw to Greece and continue fighting? (in game)

That the Serbs historically did this and kept fighting thereafter was touched on in

but what does the game do now under 1.03? Greece joined the Entente, the Bulgarians joined the Central Powers, and the Bulgarians invaded the southeast, making a further defensive campaign unmanageable. The Greeks don't intervene.

If the answer is "no," then are there any suggestions other than holding out in Belgrade to the end? It might be possible to evacuate troops, but does it matter?
