I have a feeling the answer is no, but I'll ask anyways. I'm in late October 1915 and went on a buying binge with new units and replacements (heavy, heavy losses in the summer) so that my conscripts went from 2500 down to 500. Are there any events that happen or RGD's that pop up that give a boost to conscript pool or do I have to be very judicious from now on and live with the monthly increases?
If not, I'll have to wait to see if my gambit pays off. My inflation is now at 6% due to two state money RGD's to pay for my splurge, however, those units and replacements have been coming in just in the knick of time. My western front had begun to stall and the WE actually launched a few counter-attacks (thank you for the NM!), but with extra units I was able to feint an attack south of Verdun and now the north is opening up nicely again!
Almost more importantly, my much ignored ally, A/H was able to move troops away from Serbia and Russia, repulse the Italian attacks and should stabilize that front (at the least) while I twiddle my thumbs in Serbia (yes, it is still alive, but barely). Once my defensive generals have stabilized the Italian Front, I can move a good offensive general back to Serbia and finish them off.
As for the EE, Russia is beginning to falter against the superior German troops and several objective/strategic cities are within my grasp. Ottoman's continue their slog through the Caucasus, but still need to take Baku (I think?). Their military power is down to 40% of the CP's and unless they get a lot of good recruits, the Eastern Front is finally looking good.
NM stands at 109 CP, 80 WE, 77 EE.
