Minor Issue with Battle Planner

While playing the Palestine Scenario the following strings appeared in the battle planner:

Hi Pocus, the battle planner doesn't explain very much what the different choices do. Also, when an opposing tactic is highlighted in green, is that matchup good for them or good for me (Red being the opposite).
