Moltke Plan - No Hindenburg?

I have played the Moltke plan twice now. One time, I get hindenburg. One time I don't Pritwitz sucks, but I can't figure out what makes him leave. It would be nice to be able to fire OberOst(or OHL) reliably. I need 2 GHQs.

True, but as long as East Prussia is intact, do not worry. The Russians lose more by not challenging the Germans.
