synchronized movement - two armies in same location

Sat Aug 30, 2014 7:52 pm

1st and 2nd German armies start the campaign scenario in the same region, with both their 6 corps. If synchronized movement is used, all the corps go with the last army moved.

How to split the corps, so that three go with each army? Does one have to work-around, by placing three of the corps inside one of the army stacks?

I rather plotted all those moves separately (some corps consolidated or given to direct Army command) as they are strong enough for anything they might face the first turn and by spreading them out you can get the greatest gain (take Liège, take Namur (I failed in that), besiege Antwerp, take Bruxelles, take Mons, move into France in a three hex front (a failed force march and another unforseen event made it a single region for me), all while securing the raillines. If you move with just two armies grouped together you can't do all of that...
