Log battle

Hi i have this information in the battle log windows :

09:00:42 (Reporting) Commit Chance 1001183 1-ya Armeskii 20 %, Rolled: 61 Not commited
09:00:42 (Reporting) Commit Chance 1001214 1-Gvardeiskii Korpus 20 %, Rolled: 99 Not commited


How is calculate the commit chance?

To my knowledge, it is based on the patrol/evade values of the various troops. The higher the patrol value, the better chance to engage (if attacking), the higher the evade, the better chance to no engage (if defending/passive).
Remember - The beatings will continue until morale improves.
