Bolo Pasha and Matahari

Playing as WE in Great campaign.
I just bought the option of Bolo Pasha and Matahari
In the next turn I received two tokens , one of Bolo Pasha and other of Matahari in Paris.
What can I do with him?
Using them on the front as recognition units?
I'm a little lost , I thought they had the same use than GWW Gold, when they discovered the composition of enemy forces in a full front.

Both are very powerful tools for seeing what your enemy is up to. Nothing
is more frustrating than missing out on getting them and watching them wander
around the back of your lines with nothing you can do about it!

Where do the tokens turn up, as CP I have both but not sure where I place them from.

IIRC near Paris or Berlin, if not in it. Someone please feel free to correct me if
I'm wrong about that.

For CP, they should show up in Berlin. For WE, they should show up in Paris.

Next patch will introduce a time limit on how long the spies can operate. Over time they will have an increasingly high chance of being caught and executed by the enemy.

I find them, then I move them and I lose them again as the go inside the structures.
