K.u.K. and nationalities

I'm in micromanaging hell trying to attach Austro-Hungarian troops of different nationalities to leaders with the according tags. Is it really worth it? Can't find a clue in the manual about how this affects combat stats. Any input would be welcome!

I don't think it matters in EAW. At least never saw added command cost or an obvious bonus/malus for cohesion...

Yes it matters. Try combining the Montenegro army with a serb division without a serb leader present
