Duplicated Commanders

Hi
I have been mucking around with Fall of the North and while playing as the Nationalists I have had commanders Bastico and Berti recovering in Burgos duplicated at the start of a turn in Longrofio
I have attached print screens that I hope demonstrate this and you may need to zoom in quite a bit to see this.
I am using the latest patch and windows 7 pro 64 bit - let me know if you need anything else
