1. Researches: in German - Research Detail: in English language?
2. When I hover over Heilbäder (health spa) I see a locomotive image. Do that mean my health spas are delivered by train?

No. The images are not entirely random, but obviously there is no specific image for every tech! There is probably an Excel file cell issue if you get English in the German localization. I will look at it.
