I play with the 1.03e full

So I lose special build in France, "Ecole Navale" in Bretagne.

And I lose all updat of fort. The log for not french with fast translate is : need more colonization for build that.

In the own territory of France....

I have very strange event

[ATTACH]26590[/ATTACH]

The turn with that [ATTACH]26591[/ATTACH]
The turn before [ATTACH]26592[/ATTACH]

people have fast script for this prob? I try new resolve that have the same log and same lose build.

I only all rebuild and that work... very Strange.

was there a revolt in the province ? successful one I mean ? it could explain

in so many provinces ? ? looks like a bug

For me is a bug, and no not revolte, I use new strat for counter revolt, all city and area in my own country have unite in the city, no revolte before 1871.

in this turn I have lose all special build of French, and the ugrad for the fort.
