CW II crashing

CW II keeps crashing. Sometimes as it is loading and sometimes just as the battle map appears. The note that shows up in the second case says to upload the Log file and Turn file but when try do that here it says the extension is wrong. Help!

Zip or rar the log and the saves before uploading.

Also note, the log files are overwritten every time you start the game program, so if you experience a crash, you have to collect the log files before starting the game program again.

Ok here are the zip files.
More info.
It crashes both during load at about 75% of texture and/or after the battle maps appear. I had it on AI ON changed it back to OFF no difference.

I do not know anything about steam installations.
However it is usually not recommended to install Ageod games in Program files folder.
May you install the game in C:\Games folder?
