Not sure how they are supposed to work but:
- The event for New England covers only the states of Connecticut, Massachusetts & Rhode Island. Were New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont left out purposely? If so the event text and/or title should indicate this
- The event for New York seems to be bugged, it should lower loyalty by 15 but I don't see any drop in loyalty in any of the New York regions and not even in New York City itself.

Hmm. been exploring as this is kind of new information for me.

I think, as to number one, this is a proximity event tied to historical issues.

As to the New York not having consequence, I am looking.
