1862 Campaign CSA industry

CSA WS output numbers are way off. Thanks to scripted industry structures that appear during the scenario, ws output is close to 100 few turns into the game. Look at my production line, the screen doesn't capture all the artillery I ordered, this is not how csa production should look like.
