In my long campaign playing Union side, patch 1.02 applied, i have used a reginal decision to build a redoubt in Jefferson region, in the city of Louisville. And there are some error between the decision tooltip and the results.

Tooltip says redoubt lvl 2 for decision, and when it is finished the map shows a lvl 1 redoubt and the tooltip of Louisville city says lvl 1 too. Erh.. well i dont know how important it is, dunno if lvl 2 redoubt is any way better than lvl 1... but just in case i thought i could let you know
