Battle to the Death

I didn't have the data from the posted situation, but I recreated a similar situation in the Gettysburg campaign. I manuvered, passivly, a CSA corps stack into a Union occupied position. The next turn that stack was set to attack stance, and when a battle happened (1/2 trys more or less) it always resulted in an annihilation battle. My theory, based on the battle log entry that has the CSA force choosing to retreat to the same region, is that there is some retreat logic bug at play that is preventing the stack from escaping.
